Arturo Breton

Senior Project Manager

Arturo Breton was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he demonstrated strong drawing skills and a deep curiosity about how things worked and were built.

During his architectural training, he worked as a draftsman, producing shop drawings for built-in units and custom furniture and later earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1991.

Over the next five years in Mexico, Arturo contributed to a wide range of projects, including an eye surgery center, health clinics, industrial warehouses, hotels and the Marina Coral in Ensenada before moving to Las Vegas.

In Las Vegas, he became part of the city’s construction and architectural boom, working with Carter & Burgess / Jacobs Engineering on numerous high-end residential, retail and institutional projects. His passion for architecture also led him to join the faculty at the Art Institute of Las Vegas where he taught drafting and advanced computer-aided design to aspiring designers.

Arturo later returned to San Diego, where he became a principle at Mour Group and led projects across Colombia and Central America. In 2021, he joined the RFA Team where he continues to expand his expertise by contributing to multiple surgery centers and health clinics for the firm’s clients.

Outside of work, Arturo enjoys spending time with family and friends, savoring good food and music and taking his motorcycle out for a ride.
