Sandra Guttierez-Rearte

Senior Project Manager

Sandra is the newest member of the RFA team and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise. She has practiced architecture in several California cities since 1995. Her experience is well-rounded and impressive and includes a variety of fields. 

Her journey began in the Central Coast designing customized high-end residential homes and commercial retail buildings. In 1998, she claimed San Diego as her home and continued in the private sector. For the last 10 years, she has focused on institutional architecture, including educational projects and currently healthcare facilities. 

Sandra leads projects from commencement of a design development to the project’s completion. This includes maintaining client relations, consultant coordination, finalizing construction documents for agency approval, assisting throughout the bidding process and performing construction administration. She has also presented rendered sketches freehand as well as utilizing several CAD and graphic programs.
